Americans throw away hundreds of billions of dollars of food a year, and most of it dies quietly in home kitchens, bought with good intentions, forgotten in the back of the fridge. Calfo exists to fix that: a pantry that tracks itself, recipes that start from what you own, and eventually a camera that makes the whole thing automatic.

We’re small on purpose. Everyone who works on Calfo ships things people touch every night at 6pm, when the only question that matters is “what’s for dinner?”
