Delete your Calfo account

You can delete your Calfo account at any time, directly in the app. Deleting your account removes your data from our servers and cannot be undone.

How to delete your account

Open Calfo on your phone.
Tap the Profile tab.
Tap the gear icon in the top right to open Settings.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
Confirm when Calfo asks. Your account is deleted straight away.

What gets deleted

Everything tied to your account is removed permanently:

your pantry items, including prices and expiry dates
your grocery list
your saved recipes and recipe folders
your meal plans and your cooking history
your profile, including your name, dietary preferences and allergies
your login itself, so the email address is free to use again

Once this is done we cannot bring any of it back. There is no recovery window and no archive copy.

What we keep

Nothing that identifies you. We keep anonymous, aggregated usage counts that can no longer be linked to you or to your account, and ordinary server logs, which are rotated and deleted on a rolling basis.

If you had a paid subscription, billing records are held by Apple or Google, not by Calfo, and their own retention rules apply. Deleting your Calfo account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel that in Google Play or in the App Store.

If you cannot get into the app

Email support@calfo.app from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We will confirm it is you, delete everything listed above, and reply to confirm when it is done.
