Calfo support

Email support@calfo.app with any question about Calfo. Write from the address you signed up with if it's about your account, so we can find it.

Your account and data

  • Delete your account: in the app, or by email. Steps and what gets deleted are on the account deletion page.
  • Privacy: what we collect and how long we keep it is in our Privacy Policy.
  • Subscriptions: Calfo Pro is billed by Apple on iPhone and by Google Play on Android. Cancel or change it in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions; deleting your Calfo account does not cancel it.

Calfo in AI assistants

Set-up guides for each assistant are on calfo.app/mcp. You approve every connection yourself on a Calfo sign-in page, and you choose whether it can make changes or only look.

If something goes wrong

  • Your assistant asks you to sign in to Calfo again. Your sign-in expired. Sign in again with the same Calfo account; nothing was lost.
  • It says the connection is read-only. Calfo was connected without Make changes. Remove Calfo in your assistant, add it again, and leave Make changes ticked on the Calfo sign-in page.
  • It says the connection has no permissions. That connection was revoked. Remove Calfo in your assistant and add it again.
  • It says the daily limit is used up. Each Calfo account gets 200 assistant requests a day, reads and changes together, and the message says when it resets. Writing new recipes has its own daily limit, set by your Calfo plan.
  • The Calfo sign-in page says the request expired. Start again from your assistant's connector settings.
  • It can't find a recipe you see in the Calfo app. Assistants search Calfo's own recipes and the ones you saved, so some recipes in the app aren't available to them yet. Ask it to write one from your pantry instead.

Disconnect Calfo from an assistant

Removing Calfo in your assistant stops it reaching your Calfo account. Deleting your Calfo account revokes every connection.

  • Claude: In Claude, open Settings, then Connectors. Open Calfo and disconnect or remove it.
  • ChatGPT: On chatgpt.com, open Settings, then Apps. Choose Calfo and disconnect or delete it.
  • Claude Code: Run this in your terminal to remove Calfo from Claude Code. If you added it with claude mcp add instead, run claude mcp remove calfo.
